Nexun VPN uses the WireGuard protocol. This is the most modern and fastest VPN protocol available. It offers stronger encryption than older protocols like OpenVPN and IPSec, while consuming less battery and delivering higher speeds.

No. Nexun VPN maintains a strict no-log policy. We do not store browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses, or traffic data. The only data we keep is your email address (for your account) and anonymous usage statistics for quality monitoring.

Nexun VPN is currently available for Android devices via the Google Play Store. Support for iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux is on our roadmap and will be released soon.

Yes! Nexun VPN offers a free plan with basic speed and limited server locations on 1 device. For full speed, all locations, and multiple devices, you can upgrade to our Premium or Family subscription.

With the Family subscription, you can add up to 6 family members. Each family member gets their own profile and can connect up to 5 devices. As the family admin, you have an overview of all members and can easily add or remove members.

Absolutely. All subscriptions can be canceled monthly without notice or penalties. You can cancel via the Google Play Store or in the app. You keep access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period.

You can permanently delete your account via our account deletion page at nexun.io/delete. After confirmation, all your data will be securely erased, active subscriptions canceled, and VPN connections disconnected. This process is irreversible.
